崗位職責(zé)
任職資格：
1.建筑設(shè)計或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科學(xué)歷以上
2.英語口語流利，能與外籍建筑師交流
3.至少3年以上建筑設(shè)計相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗
4.了解相關(guān)建筑法規(guī)與調(diào)理，國家一級注冊建筑師優(yōu)先
5.熟悉建筑設(shè)計項目開展過程
6.有外資建筑設(shè)計公司工作背景優(yōu)先
7.熟練操作AutoCad, PhotoShop, SketchUp, InDesign等相關(guān)設(shè)計用軟件
8.細(xì)心，有責(zé)任心，并且工作努力
任職資格：
1.Major in architecture or related area, BA degree or above
2.English as one of the working language of proficient level
3.At least 3 years architectural design experience
4.Knowledge of Chinese national and local architectural guidelines, standards, regulations
5.Unstand the design process of architectural projects
6.Experience in a foreign architecture firm or cooperate an advantage
7.AutoCad, PhotoShop, SketchUp, InDesign skills, knowledge of Rhino and advantage
8.Attention to detail, responsible and hard working
